Round Billet CCM Mold Assembly

  • Similar in structure to billet/rectangular assemblies.

  • Key requirement: Preventing copper tube rotation and ensuring correct positioning along inner and outer arc directions.

  • Hydraulic Penetration Test: Performed at 1.2–1.5× working pressure, maintained for 30 minutes without leakage.

All parts are precision-engineered around the copper tube to ensure structural rigidity, easy maintenance, and long service life.
