Tubular Mould Production

The manufacturing process for tubular moulds begins with the casting of premium-grade copper round bars. These are hot extruded or forged to refine the structure, followed by cold drawing to achieve precise dimensional tolerances, mechanical strength, and required taper specifications. Tapering is accomplished using custom-engineered steel tooling, developed in-house with advanced CAD/CAM technology.

After achieving the desired geometry, the tubes undergo precision machining, internal chromium plating, and rigorous inspection to guarantee smooth operation and extended service life.

Plate Mould Production

For plate moulds, production starts with the casting of a solid copper slab, which is then hot rolled or forged, and further cold rolled to the exact thickness and strength required. Each plate undergoes full ultrasonic inspection to ensure flawless integrity before machining.

During the machining stage, slots for thermocouples and mounting configurations are created according to customer specifications. The final step involves applying our specialized mould plate coating for superior wear resistance and thermal performance.
